I love the illustrations in this book but wish that the story didn't have to be so sad. My daughter is in LOVE with anything related to monkeys or gorillas but don't know why the fantasy had to be couched in a girl who was neglected by her father.
Anthony Browne could write and illustrate a children's book three times a week and I still wouldn't get enough. Keep 'em coming, Tony!.
