"A minimalist approach to fitness and well-being." The gentle-sounding subtitle led me to expect all-around "minimalist" advice on running for enjoyment and general health, perhaps akin to Leo Babauta (Zen Habits).

Read the book and really enjoyed it. I had been into all the equipment and data you can collect from my training runs.

The beginning is attractive. Minimize electronics.
